Established in 1998 and located in south-west Germany, in the heart of Europe, BDS International Diagnostics GmbH is owned and managed by a small team; we are a 'family business' in the best sense. With diverse international backgrounds we bring decades of international senior-management experience in market-leading companies such as Boehringer Mannheim GmbH (now Roche Diagnostics), C.R. Bard, Inc., and Gen-Probe, Inc. (now Hologics) as well as smaller innovators such as Human Diagnostica GmbH (now part of Wolf AG), and Byk-Sangtec Diagnostika (now DiaSorin Diagnostics).

Our product and technology experience ranges from point-of-care to molecular diagnostics and from single-use rapid tests to capital equipment. In addition to our primary mission of building a distributor network to achieve the Client's sales and market penetration goals, our services can additionally encompass assistance in dealing with importation issues, goods logistics, and tax-return challenges as well as providing a 'local presence' by using the Client's corporate identity in dealing with the EMEA markets.
